Villa Rates
Villa rates are quoted in US dollars and subject to a standard government tax and service charge. Rates may change without prior notice.
Payments
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount must be received by Divine Villas within two (2) days after confirmation of reservation. If a deposit has not been received within this time, the booking will be cancelled accordingly. Please send Divine Villas a copy of your bank transfer by email or facsimile as proof of payment within the below mentioned timeframes:
Final payment is required 45 days prior to check-in date (60 days for high or peak season bookings). If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to check-in date (or 60 days for Christmas / New Year bookings); full payment is required within two (2) working days. For last minute bookings (within 7 days or less prior to arrival), full payment is due immediately after confirmation of your reservation. |

• Divine Villas accepts credit card payments payment through Visa Card,
MasterCard, Amex, JCB and Diners Club. However, please be aware
that this method of payment incurs a 3% fee.

1. A signed and completed copy of your credit card authorisation form that was issued at the time of reservation.
2. A copy of both sides of your credit card.
3. A copy of your passport (information and photo page only).

US dollars by the sending bank at the prevailing daily rate of exchange. |

When checking into your villa, you will be asked to follow a few standard formalities. These entail signing a Waiver of Liability and providing credit card details with imprint to cover charges for any additional services or food & beverage items incurred during your stay. Some villas require a security deposit that will be fully refunded, minus any charges, prior to departure.
Canceling Policy
Divine Villas requires written notification of any cancellation. If the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days or more is required for high and peak seasons), payment will be refunded less 20% of the total booking value. If multiple villas are cancelled, the 20% fee applies to each villa. Final payments are non-refundable.
Seasons
There are three (3) distinct seasons for Bali’s travel industry:
• - Normal Season - 9th Jan to 30th June, 16th Sept to 19th Dec
• - High Season - 1st July to 31st July, 1st Sept to 15th Sept, Easter weeks
• - Peak Season - 1st Aug to 31st Aug, 20th Dec to 8th Jan

Minimum Stay Requirements
Each villa has its own policy regarding minimum stay requirements. This information will be provided by our reservation manager.
Airport Transfers
Divine Villas provides a complimentary airport transfer service for all guests.
Children Policy
Please note that not all villas are suitable to accommodate children. Each villa has its own policy regarding acceptance. All necessary information will be provided by our reservation manager.
Villa Capacity
The number of guests occupying a villa must not exceed the maximum number that is stated on the booking confirmation form.
Loss & Damage
Guests are obliged to keep their villa in good condition throughout the duration of occupancy. Full reimbursement is required in the event of any loss or damage caused by guest negligence. Divine Villas reserves the right to request guests to immediately terminate their stay without refund of any kind if excessive damage has been caused to the villa and/or its facilities.

Liability
Divine Villas cannot accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use or condition of the property and its appearance. Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings of any member of the party during villa occupation. |
